After the signing of the China - Philippines AEO Mutual Recognition Arrangement, the export goods of AEO enterprises in China and the Philippines will enjoy four convenience measures, such as a lower cargo inspection rate, priority inspection, designated customs liaison officer service, and priority clearance after the interruption and resumption of international trade. The cargo clearance time is expected to be significantly shortened, and port, insurance, and logistics costs will also be reduced accordingly.
