跨境電商出口退運(yùn)商品“免征稅”
財(cái)政部、海關(guān)總署、國家稅務(wù)總局近日聯(lián)合發(fā)布公告稱，自公告印發(fā)之日起1年內(nèi)在跨境電子商務(wù)海關(guān)監(jiān)管代碼（1210、9610、9710、9810）項(xiàng)下申報(bào)出口，因滯銷、退貨原因，自出口之日起6個月內(nèi)原狀退運(yùn)進(jìn)境的商品（不含食品），可實(shí)現(xiàn)退運(yùn)進(jìn)境“免征稅”。
2023年度兩用物項(xiàng)和技術(shù)進(jìn)出口許可證管理目錄實(shí)施
新版《兩用物項(xiàng)和技術(shù)進(jìn)出口許可證管理目錄》自2023年1月1日起正式實(shí)施，2021年第48號公告同時廢止。
